It tastes refreshing and is great for lunch or on a hot summer day.  The combination of the soba noodles with the cucumber and green onions, bell pepper and cilantro with the wasabi soycha is an amazing combination. (This recipe will serve 2-4 people)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ingredients&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 Romaine lettus&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/3 cucumber cut in half and thinly sliced&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/4 cup chopped red onions&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 green onion chopped&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/3 red bell peppers chopped&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;handful of cilantro chopped&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 bundle soba noodles boiled about 10 minutes then rinse in cold water&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 tsp of wasabi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 cup of SoyCha&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Directions&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Chop the romaine lettus and place it on the plate. sprincle the cucumbers, cilantro, red &amp;amp; green onions on top.  Place the soba noodles on top of the greens. Sprinkle the red bell peppers on top of the noodles. Garnish with cilantro on top of the noodles.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mix wasabi with the soycha well then right before serving, pour it on top and mix it so the salad is well covered in the dressing, then serve. font-size: 14px; "&gt;&lt;ul style="padding-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; "&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 box of firm tofu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup chopped cilantro&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup chopped garlic&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup chopped green oinions&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 cups chilicha&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Directions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px; "&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Boil a pot of water. Cut the block of tofu in half and place the tofu into the boiling water for about 5-6 minutes. combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix to make the sauce mix. Cut the tofu into small cubes. Pour the sauce mix over the tofu according to taste. font-size: 14px; "&gt;NGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul style="padding-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; "&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 fillet of Salmon&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 can  15.5 oz Whole Corn kernels&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 can of 15 oz black beans rinsed and drained&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 green and 1/2 red bell peppers&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 mango cut into cubes (can be replaced with chuncks of pineapple)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DIRECTIONS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul style="padding-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; "&gt;&lt;li&gt;Marinade the salmon in one of Palcha marinades for 10-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish. (Remember that the fish will soak up the dressing and we don't wan it too salty)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bake salmon in the oven at 375 degrees for 12 minutes or when the white fats from the fish start to show o top.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cut the bell peppers into cubes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Add the corn &amp;amp; beans and season with salt to make the medley.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Place the medley in a big platter&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Place the Salmon on top&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sprinkle the fish with chives and even bacon bits&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For additional flavor, you can pour some more of the dressing right on top of the fish before serving.
